How to sew round pillow?

Materials: thread,needle,fabric, sewing machine, 2 buttons, laces,feathers (for pillow filling).

Kā izveidot apaļu spilvenu?

Materiali: Diegs, adata, audums, šujmašīna, 2 pogas, mežģīnes, spalvas (spilvena pildīšanai).

1. Cut a circle in fabric, easier is to  use a bowl (or something else). Cut out two identical circles!

2.The diameter should be two times bigger than radius.

3.Cut side piece, length should be (R x 3.14cm), width 7cm - 10cm. Cut just one.

4.Sew together  circle with the long  piece, and sew second circle to them. It is important to take care of sewing the fabric to the right sides (ugly fabric side – inside).

5. Sew exact same  pillow for feathers.You can fill pillow with feathers or some other sintetic material.

6.Feather pillow push inside the first pillow, and sew borders (so that there is no hole in the pillow).

7.Decor sewing lines with lace details and sew together both buttons (the one and the other).

1. Izgriežam apli audumā,  kā šablonu viss vieglāk ir izmantot bļodu ( vai ko citu). Jāizgriež ir divi vienādi apļi!

2. Diametram ir jābūt divreiz garākam nekā radiusam.

3.Izgriežam sānu malu, malas garumu aprēķinam ( R x 3,14), platums  7cm – 10cm. Izgriežam vienu.

4.Sašujam kopā apļa malas ar garās lentas malām,tāpat arī izdaram ar otru apli. Svarīgi ir šujot rūpēties par to lai auduma labā puse ir iekšpusē.

5. Uzšujam tieši tādu pašu spilvenu priekš spalvu pildījuma.

6.Spilvenu iebāžam iekšā pirmajam spilvenam, un aizšujam maliņu ( tā lai spilvenā nav neviena cauruma).

7.Izrotājam šūšanas vietas ar mežģīnēm un iešujam pogas ( no vienas un no otras puses).
